Indeed, it's shipped with GRASS 8.0 already as experimental, but the newest
stuff will be in the dev branch only.
This workshop from FOSS4G 2021 is a nice example of usage:

You would need a current development version (GRASS GIS 8.1.dev).
For MS Windows you can get it here:
https://wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz/grass81/
On Linux you could clone the code and compile...

how to install grass.jupyter.
