I would like to know how can I extract a DEM from an Ikonos Stereo Image
with control points. I'm completely newbie with this... What books,
articles, materials I must read? And can GRASS do this?

But the null values don't become to be displayed black, they still white.
So, for my purposes, I will need re-convert null values to 0.
Is there a better way?

But the output turns the colors to a light grey filter or something... how
can I maintain the black pure black?
