Actually, I haven't managed to get much done with grass at all yet but I'm
writing that off to the learning curve.
At the moment I'm trying to georectify a stitched together google earth

often r.in.wms / r.in.onearth is just as good and totally free.

Now I'm thinking about it, I'm a little unsure of the difference between a
mapset and a location. Are they the same?
