With this many records I would seriously consider moving to a professional database, such as PostgreSQL/Postgis or Oracle Spatial. Both should run on a Mac. Postgis is of course easier to install and maintain than Oracle. It is also cheaper. Andreas maning sambale wrote: Just finished
