Hi,
I have installed groylog+mongo+elasticsearch everything running fine. But
when I access on web "We are experiencing problems connecting to the
Graylog server running on*http://ip:12900/*. Please verify that the server
is healthy and working correctly.
Any body have idea about this error?
i should add that i also tried adding versions of the "exclude_files:
['\.gz$']" to a snippet and it didn't work there either (seemed to be less
successful than putting it into the "Additional Fields" section too)

Hi Folks
I am in the same boat i believe. I'm using Graylog Server 2.1.2 and Sidecar
Collector 0.0.9 (filebeat 1.2.3). and I'm trying to exclude 2 different
file types in a filebeat configuration, and cant get it to work as per web
recommendations:
https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/filebeat
One of the nodes in the cluster is not processing messages. It has 475,745
unprocessed messages. How do I force it to process messages? The
elasticsearch is up as well as graylog service.

I installed first a graylog-server with your OVA. And after I installed
manually 2 nodes of elasticsearch. My idea was to make a 2x node elasticsearch
cluster working with the graylog server OVA.
Thanks

Hi,
did you install the Elasticsearch hosts by hand or also with the OVA?
If they are manually installed you also need to take care of the
Graylog installation manually.
Otherwise multi VM setups are described here:
http://docs.graylog.org/en/2.1/pages/configuration/graylog_ctl.html#multi-vm-setup
Hi Evgeny,
I think your problem is highly related to my previous problem with AMQP
input: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/graylog2/MvRvF9V98hY
Maybe you could try this as well. How do you produce your messages?
Logstash and Filebeat for example populate the source field by default.

Any help?
