Hey Tom,

that does not mean that you do not have to back up MongoDB, it contains 
important metadata (streams, users, es index metadata, etc.) that is crucial 
for a proper backup of your Graylog2 installation.

Hi All!

I have elastic search and graylog2 running and everything looks right...

There are thousands of messages in graylog from day 1, however, when I open 
mongo, I cannot seem to find any of these in the db?

Not sure if it's supposed to log each message to the db or if they are just 
read from somewhere else?

Any help?
