Running in a virtual machine is not running on the same machine. That's not

you're binding the Graylog web interface and the Graylog REST API to the
local loopback interface (127.0.0.1) of your virtual machine inside
VirtualBox.
Unless you're running your web browser and Graylog on the same machine,
that won't work.
