Thanks. I did it the same way that you suggested. But, I got into connection refused port 4001 error in middle of the reconfigure. It's seems to be an issue with etcd. I just deleted /var/opt/graylog/data/etcd/* and ran the reconfigure command. It cleared that error however I saw only nginx wel

Hi Rangarasan, please make sure that you delete the file /var/lib/dpkg/info/graylog.postrm before you update. There was an error in older versions of the appliances that first uninstalled everything and than installed the new version which means that the data was gone. This is fixed in newer versio
