i changed the nxlog.conf i added a pm_buffer. However when i run i get an
error in nxlog_stderr "WARNING not starting unused module buffer"

buffer messages in the nxlog agent if the remote host isn't available. This
obviously will only work with stateful connections (i. e. TCP) because
nxlog wouldn't know
