COMMENTS ON NEW LAW ON SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF WOMEN AT WORKPLACE
IN INDIA ( CAME IN TO FORCE ON 09.12.2013)
One wonders whether the new law will strengthen the protection
of women's rights at workplace in the state of Tamil Nadu for the following
reasons:

Nothing is farcical than this Bill. Firstly, it states nothing about
