As is evident from today's press reports, the blockade in Chengara is continuing. We should try and make the march on 30th a success . A mass response to the blockade will help redefine the power dynamics in the area.
Dalit, students' and womens' groups are expressing their willingness to participate. This is a good development. That in a way shows the social content of the struggle.
