Hi guys,
when estimating GARCH or OLS I noticed that under option "Display actual,
fitted, residual", Gretl automatically denotes (with *) residuals in excess of
2.5 standard errors. Is it possible to implement the same in VAR/VECM? This
really can speed up the process of model estimation.
So now the interaction for bivariate combinations is MUCH shorter!
Thanks for implementing the operator!
In comparison to my function and the '^' operator result I noticed a
slight difference:
Is it intended that the value in 'grrr_grr_2' is '4' and not '1'?

Hi there,
there is a major bug: deleting a nonexisting lists leads to deleting the
last series of the dataset!
(snapshot on W8)
open chard.gdt
list inter delete

Some of these I can replicate, some not. What version of gretl
are you running (if a snapshot, what's the date?). Anyway,
here's a run-through of the points you made:

Hi Jack,
thanks for the info and script snippet.
I noticed that in my example one soon ends up with more than 150 series.
By trying to delete them only 'nulldata' as command does the trick,
delete --type=series is not working.
Manually one cannot select all series at ones.
So, let's see how to

Hello,
I'm trying to learn more about the scripts in Gretl. I am as a
beginner familiar with the menus command but it seems to me the
scripts are powerful tool. Is it possible somehow (just for study
reason) to use menus and to see directly their representation in
script form / script window. For

Hi there,
I'd like to ask what the interaction operator 'makes'?
I was working on a function that generates new interaction series for
each step combination of factors.
This is working for a list of factors and generates bivariate
combinations as in A*B
I'm stuck with making it possible to
