I am using Windows XP (64 bit). I want to build gretl on windows.
After downloading and installing MinGW and MSYS I downloaded and installed
the all-in-on bundle of GTK+ for win64 on
http://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/gnome/binaries/win64/gtk+/2.20/
then installed all files from
http://ricardo.ecn.wf

Not many people are building on Windows, and it's not trivial it seems.
Much less so in 64bit, I imagine. So if it's urgent for you, maybe it's
