have a look at
grml $ man grml-scripts
where you should find a script to install extra additional software.

I successfully got grml1.1 installed and working with a doubleTalk synthesizer.
can you tell me what packages are installed and howw to set up networking? Also
what text based word processors spreadsheets and audio editors internet
browsers and email clients are there for grml?
