In my man-page is everything ok, as soon as I use the .mso line, even groffer in tty mode. Using `groff -man -mhdtbl ...' leads to errors, even without any output. 2 `-m' parameters seem to be illegal. Well, in this very case Bernd is right: You *must* write .TH .mso hdtbl.tmac

In order to use hdtbl in a roff source file, the following line must be used first: .mso hdtbl.tmac So it makes sense to include that in the man-page groff_hdtbl(7), for example at the beginning of the USAGE section. No. Currently, hdtbl only supports PS and PDF output. Werner
