With regard to .PRINTSTYLE, the mom manual online is quite assertive,

I would like to use LIST within DOCTYPE SLIDES in mom, but
when doing so it doesn't show.
Also trying to set QUAD to LEFT doesn't seem to work.
Maybe I'm missing the obvious.
