Hi Sandeep, Thanks for the bug report. I've moved the install of
sso_callback_template.html in yakkety from /usr/share to /etc/keystone
and the fix should be available in the archive soon. Once this lands in
yakkety for newton we can backport it to xenial for mitaka.

Thanks for reporting this bug. This looks to be a valid bug and I'll
work on a fix for this. Adding some triage below for now.
