Hi, this 2008 promotion was auto-demoted in Bionic for an upstream change in Strongswan no more holding it in place. That is fixed in the recent Bionic upload triggering this old component mismatch again. I'd ask an AA to re-promote libtspi1 for that in Disco and assigned the AA's to the Disco Task
