A new version of the "BGP graceful shutdown requirement" WG doc has been
submitted. No substantial modifications were made in the document,
except some changes in the authors section.

This document is now very stable as it's quite old as in individual
document (first presented in august 2005 at IETF 63 in Paris in both
GROW & IDR WG, under the name draft-dubois-bgp-pm-reqs-01.txt)

Could you please have a look and comment the document? As we're
considering asking for WG last call soon.
