I have now created my tiddlyspot and after creating it I have
downloaded the form which is now working perfectly fine.
I have spent about an hour up to now, updating it, saving it,
uploading and downloading it. All is perfect now!
All I need to do know is to see how I can apply it.
You can use <> to include the contents of the sub
project tiddler in the main project. Not exactly what you wanted but perhaps
it's useful.

How did you download? There is a way to download it that will cause
problems. Try downloading again from the download button on
http://monkeygtd.tiddlyspot.com/
If that doesn't work try right clicking and save as... on the following

it a local file I am trying to save.
I have just tried again and clicked "save changes" and the followin
box pops up:
