Do you know why in Windows 8.1 and 10 some times I have the App menu desable? No menu item is enable.
Do I need to check the associated app action? The issue is rare because some times it is present and some others no. For example I have a Devel VM win8.1 where the menu is disable but other instance for tests runs without problems.
