found helper app, which is shipped with glib installation. Now: is
there a way to use this function without having the user to install gtk

i have a GtkTextView, in which there is some formatted text. When the user
cliks somewhere in the textview i'd like to know what tag(s) are applied where
he have clicked. How can i do this? Any hints are welcome.
