You're right of course that scroll bars should not exhibit the
click-to-positon behavior, but I wouldn't like to see Totem creating a
custom widget action because I feel it's probably not a unique
requirement. Should every app that wants this ability have to add
those hooks into the button press ev

Yes it is. We'd still need a different looking GtkScale though, to allow
