Hey folks,

I've been extra busy this week with things so didn't get around to
looking at the assertion error in my gui/core patch.  Too bad, it seems
like I just cut 'n' pasted one too many "free_chunks" calls at one place
in one file and was able to fix it right away.  I've been running gtk2
for a while (~4 hours) and I've tried various start-ups and shut-downs
with both gtk1 and gtk2 and haven't had any further errors.

Also the patch is now up-to-date with CVS as of the sending of this
email.

I browsed the IRC logs, it didn't look like anyone had a chance to look
at it yet, which is fine with the release and illnesses etc.  I am
excited to hear what you folks think of it though.
