Could someone help me on this issue ?
I serached in the mail archive without finding the solution.
I previously used GTK 2.0 and all works fine.
I just upgraded to 2.2.1.
When I start any application (gaim CVS, ethereal, ...) that relies on
GTK 2, I cannot see any text or label.
I.E. : gtk-d
caused by unresolsed symbols in libfreetype.
So I removed libfreetype.so from /usr/X11/lib to let the linker user the
new libs coming from freetype2.
Well, not so easy to use up-to-date tools on Linux. But this is really fun !
