man.. the image you are trying to create doesn't exist.
Either it is already distroyed .. or it wasn't realised..

it's not essential that you have config.h
in the toplevel directory..
you might find config.h.in
from which the autoheader program creates config.h
just run autoheader.. you'll get it.
