I have installed GLIB 1.2.7. I then tried installing gtk+-1.2.7 but I
continue to receive the following error when running ./configure

*** 'glib-config --version' returned 1.2.7, but GLIB (1.2.6)

I'm trying to install GTK+ 1.2.7 so i can use xchat 1.4.0... but whenever i run
./configure it keeps insisting i only have GLIB 1.2.1 when i just installed GLIB 1.2.7
(what is required for GTK+ 1.2.7). Can someone help?
