There's no "time limit" because the fix isn't even official policy. Yamaha
will replace the HU as a courtesy and could decide not to at any time. That's
why filling out the NHTSA form is important, so they will be required to make
this a "real" policy. For now, it's at their whim.

Picked up the GTS from yamaha of Pasadena Texas.
Changed the HU at Yamaha's expenses.
Yamaha did good on the promise.
The dealership employees were very nice

defective HU free of charge and will reinmburse anyone who has replaced one
