Hi All, I run on Ubuntu and get the following. I assume it may appear for other OSes. This message anytime I update software or otherwise run ldconfig.
/sbin/ldconfig.real: /usr/local/lib/libguile-2.2.so.1.3.0-gdb.scm is not an ELF file - it has the wrong magic bytes at the start. Has this been reported as a "bug"? It is not a problem, but could lead to numerous bug reports in the future. I think ldconfig looks at all files of the form lib* in searched lib dirs. Matt
