[PATCH] Fixes for guile.m4

Hi, while fixing https://github.com/aconchillo/guile-json/issues/20 I made sure it also worked in Ubuntu 16.04. There you have guile-2.2 but no guild-2.2 as they provide guild instead. If AC_PROGS finds guile-2.2 then it uses the suffix to find guild-2.2, however this does not work in 16.04. This
