Dear Guix, I have had much time to contribute recently, but I should be able to contribute a bit more from now on.
Before sending some new patch, I checked the issue tracker for this that I might have sent and… totally forgotten about! … again! So, here is [#53046][]. The v4 still applies and fixes the build All the dependent packages build successfully, except `gitless` which seems to be broken for another reason. [#53046]: https://issues.guix.gnu.org/53046 "[PATCH] gnu: python-args: Patch reference to basestring."
