No, proxmox es algo diferente y no tiene sentido instalar o tratar de
instalar openstack sobre algo más, a no ser que se algo como kubernetes
(kolla-kubernetes). Estoy en la misma fase que tú, creo haber encontrado la
herramienta perfecta para el despliegue Kolla-ansible, buscate un server
