Hi Pablo,
in 64-bit W7 a JRE 32-bit is needed in order to be able to run gvSIG
and all the stuff properly. Maybe, this is the problem.

Nacho, these are great news!
Looking forward to seeing GRASS GIS and SAGA also working well in SEXTANTE.
See you soon!

Andre, developers who made this possible (using SAGA, GRASS GIS via SEXTANTE in
gvSIG) are working now in gvSIG CE (www.gvsigce.org) with the main goal of
getting a stable version
No, there is a directory called sextante inside your home directory, and
there you will find files like sextante.log, sextante_grass.log, etc.
BTW, look to these files to see what happened.
Also, if you are using GRASS and SAGA extensions, I don't know if these
extensions are stable enough
Yes, I have raster layers activated on TOC. So I will have to manually
remove the sextante directory...do you mean I have to delete
es.unex.sextante (in extensiones).
Thanks, André

Do you have a raster layer activated on TOC?
Remember, the algorithms will appear in bold when they can be applied to
the activated layer.
If this is not the case, and you want to reinstall, don't forget to
remove manually the sextante directory. (In your HOME directory, again).

Thanks for the answer Francisco. It doesn´t generates an error, you see.
The sextante functions simply won´t run when clicked. I was working on my
project, described in "Raster Limitations" topic in gvSIG users mailing

Hi Andre.
Whenever you send us an error, it would be good to send also the file
gvSIG.log.
You can find it in your HOME directory, in gvSIG directory.
And also, what have you done before the problem arrived.
Cheers.
Fran.

The Sextante Toolbox of latest version 1.12 has just freezed and despite
being able to see the window and its functions, none of them runs. Has
somebody else experienced the same?

Hello Neal,
Maybe you find interesting the portable version [1]. That is for the old
version 1.11, I don't know if there are plans to develop a gvSIG-1.12
portable.
Best regards,
