This functionality is not available in gvSIG 2.0, but our intention is
to migrate it for the next version (gvSIG 2.1, that we will inform about
its novelties soon).

No, if I understand what is going on there since I don't read Spanish. I
am trying to use a csv file to control the color for a shape layer of the
world. The tie between them is only the name of the country. The csv
file only has a name of a country and no geometry information.
