Just for an idea, if I get you right, what you want is to hav WE only read
the character you land on, instead of the whole line. Correct? If so, why
don't you just redefine the arrow keys in the hotkey manager? No app needed,
if I am not mistaken.

Sorry listers.
I meant for this message to go to Chip privately, since it might not exactly
be WE related. On the other hand, none of the info should be too frustrating
for the rest of you.
Once again, sorry for the listing.

First of all, thanks for the feedback. Should of course have made sure

One way of checking details about your music files, would be in Windows

I think you said you had unzipped it in the music folder you have.
When you go to that folder using Windows Explorer there is a file menu

hi, again i'd check the mp3 type, theres different quality settings for mp3
files 320, 192, 160, and so forth.
From reading through the announcement, this only applies to programs
using IBM's SWT classes. Still, it's a positive development for people
who rely on Java apps built with Eclipse.
Thanks for sharing.

Sometimes wav files that are actually MP3 format trip up players. At

Jeff,
To my knowledge, there are no file size restrictions. However, if a
file's meta data is somehow corrupted, the audio kit will likely fail to
load it. As I mentioned off list, I could not get your files to play in
Winamp which tells me something is very wrong here. I will look at

Steve and others,
Besides the wav files that won't play with the GWAudioKit,
I also couldn't play the mp3 of Chip's latest class.
This mp3 plays fine with Windows Media Player.
Is there a size restriction of files that will play with the AudioKit?
Thanks,

I don't know.
Can you tell me how to check this?
