I ordered that book when Bjarne first mentioned it in December. It is
available from Amazon.co.uk, and a link is pasted below. If the link
doesn't work, go to www.amazon.co.uk and search for Gail Marsh books. It is
published by the Guild of Master Craftsman Publications Ltd, so I imagine it
might
I just ordered a copy from Advanced Book Exchange--www.abebooks.com.
Publication dates are marketing dates, they have little to do with when
a book rolls off the press. As for Amazon, they post data when they
happen to feel like it.
