On bild index page after you click a thumbnail you get an
intermediate size in a popup, click "vergrößern" tab on the page
(enlarge) and get the full size...
Here's the full size pic URL:

(the last letter is what you change... a is full, b is med, c is
thumb) so if you ever get urls for pics there that are not large, now
you know how to cheat it.
