likely to know about this.
I'm looking for soles that could be used in making
indoor slippers. I had an idea about making some
pointy velvet slip ons for Christmas gifts and thought
a thin covered sole would be sufficient. I've not
I've made several pairs of indoor mid-19th century slippers using medium-weight
suede leather for the soles. I purchased the suede from a leather supplier; it
was
very economical - I got ten pairs of soles from an $8.00 piece of suede. I
attached
the uppers to the soles using my sewing
