Deredere, what period of bustle do you have in mind? Sheer cotton dresses for the late 19th dresses with bustle would be rather unusual. Satin, faille, medium weight cotton (think eyelet), or light weght wool or other linen are more the fabrics found in historical costumes of the period. You
