Does http://h2database.com work for you? We had some problems at my office
where we could get to http://h2database.com but not http://ww.h2database.com
This was due to a QOS setting in some piece of out networking
infrastructure.

There is a problem in your database URL: you are using CACHE_SIZE=0.
This is really bad for performance. Please use at least
