Do any of you know of a tutorial that outlines the best-practices of building a plugin for a custom content type. IMO the tutorial would cover how to build the admin side, how to output the content, how to include it in the RSS feed (both separately and in a main feed), the best-practice of storing it in the database and probably a few other things I'm forgetting. The closest thing I've found is trying to decipher a links plugin that I found; which I can't find anymore.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
