test broken on Solaris

Folks, TestDFSUpgradeFromImage is broken on Solaris so all patch  
builds will fail until it is fixed.  I believe Raghu is working on a  
patch. I filed http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-1717 to  
track this issue.
