[Hampshire] Ubuntu 9.10, dvb and dual boot

Is anyone out there using a digital TV card on Ubuntu 9.10 and also dual booting with windows? If so do you find that after switching back from Windows to Ubuntu the TV card doesn't work, and you have to reboot again into Ubuntu? If not, can anyone tell me how I'd go about finding out what's cha
