options tcp-smart-connect and tcp-smart-accept, I have seen significant

I have written a small patch to enable a correct PostgreSQL health check in
1.4.

It works similar to mysql-check with the very same parameters.
E.g.:
listen pgsql 127.0.0.1:5432
mode tcp
option pgsql-check user pgsql
serve
Since haproxy 1.4.9, combining option httpclose and option
http-pretend-keepalive can leave the connections opened until the backend
keep-alive timeout is reached, providing bad performances.
The same can occur when the proxy is in tunnel mode.

Same here, but as http-pretend-keepalive has an effect in tunnel mode since
1.4.9, I firstly tried to limit this side effect. But it's surely better to
completely ignore http
I have changed "our" settings to disable these messages.
