I suggest you troubleshoot what happens exactly with curl (curl -vk
https://example.com), that way you should be able to understand how the
backend behaves.

Hi List,
I have just managed to setup a basic proxy using SSL passthrough and SNI.
Everything works fine unless I want to use backend servers on non-standard
ports.
Example:
Backend working
Mode tcp
Server server1.example.com:443
Backend non-working
Mode tcp
Server server2.example.

I noticed that commit "f1650a8” has updated doc/proxy-protocol.txt which now
lists PP2_SUBTYPE_SSL_xxx defines. However, the actual source code still uses
PP2_TYPE_SSL_xxx defines.
I think this inconsistency should be corrected.
