Is it possible to use backend server 127.0.0.1 with TProxy?

TProxy does not work in this case: server local-server 127.0.0.1 source 0.0.0.0 usesrc clientip I have to delete "usesrc clientip", but then I can not see "clientip". Is it possible to use backend server 127.0.0.1 with TProxy? Or any other function to make it work with backend server 127.0.0.1?
