Different URL on backend

Varnish vs HAProxy vs Nginx vs Squid vs Other

Hi guys, I am biasing towards HAProxy but as the comparison shopper that I am, I am looking to make sure that is the right choice. Does anyone have a URL to a feature comparison chart to compare a bunch of different Load Balancers/Proxies? Sounds like a great wikipedia article to me.
