I'm getting a het and the Lowe sync whine indicates a signal is there, but I don't seem to be getting any audio. Sometimes I think I hear voices, but that's another problem entirely. :-) Seriously, it sounds like a woman's voice at times. Signal (if that's what it is) is weakening with time. Bar

I could just barely tell there was a bx on 15476 from 0100-0120 08-28-03 UTC in N/E TN. I heard both a YL and OM with vox, but couldn't ID what they were saying or even the LG. I did hear somebody from 0050-0059 UTC in an unid LG with several mentions of "Quantico" and a good signal. (Wood, TN)
