this mornin i got Radio Intercontinental, Mexico City on 4810 khz lsb.
Usb and am produced a ver strong qrm and lsb was the only option.
between 0530 and 0600 there were several ID in Spanish and English, complete
with callsign (XERTA) and phone number in distrito federal.

Russia, 5945, Radio France International (pres), Irkutsk, 1030-1040 Heard a
woman in Chinese
Language until 1041. Than a piano as bridge, with more Chinese comments.
Signal was Poor.
If this is RFI as presumed, then it's relayed via Irkutsk in Russia
