This is not a new frequency; 5910 has been on for a few years. It is owned by
the same organization (Colombia para Cristo) as La Voz de tu Conciencia, but
normally that programming is on 6010v (which was also heard this morning with
the usual big het against Radio Mil, Mexico) and separate programm
I happened to be tuning around at the same time and noted a strong signal in
Spanish on 5910. Did not stay for ID but could not imagine it being anything

on this qrg work only LV DE TU CONCIENCIA; Puerto Lleras in Colombia with 5kW.
The Transmission is irregular, its an new or changed QRG.
